Adaptive Digital Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "NewBuild") operates the NewBuild.Page platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use the platform, we collect the content you upload (brochures, images) and the pages you generate. We also collect basic analytics data including page views, device type, and referral sources for pages you publish.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails, and generate aggregate analytics for your dashboard. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, analytics), Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Lead data

When visitors submit their information through landing pages you create, that lead data is stored securely and made available to you through your dashboard. You are the data controller for leads captured through your pages.

Data retention

Your account data and generated pages are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Published pages are taken offline immediately upon account deletion.
