This Cookie Policy explains how Adaptive Digital Ventures LLC ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the NewBuild.Page platform.
1. Our approach
We believe in minimal, transparent data collection. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics that follow users across the web. Where possible, we use cookieless alternatives.
2. Marketing website (newbuild.page)
Our marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is entirely cookieless. It collects aggregate page view data (page URL, referrer, country, browser, device type) without setting any cookies or collecting personally identifiable information. There is nothing to opt out of because no individual tracking occurs.
3. Application (app.newbuild.page)
The NewBuild application uses the following essential cookies:

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality (login, security).
4. Payment processing
When you subscribe to a paid plan or manage your billing, Stripe may set cookies to prevent fraud, detect suspicious activity, and process payments securely. These cookies are set by Stripe's embedded checkout and billing portal and are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.
5. Published landing pages
Landing pages you create and publish through NewBuild do not set any cookies on your visitors by default. Our page view analytics use Cloudflare Analytics Engine, which is cookieless.
If you add third-party scripts, pixels, or integrations to your pages (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, chat widgets), those tools may set their own cookies. You are responsible for:
- Disclosing any such cookies to your page visitors.
- Providing appropriate consent mechanisms where required by law (e.g. GDPR cookie consent banners).
- Complying with applicable cookie and privacy regulations in your visitors' jurisdictions.
6. What we don't use
For clarity, we do not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Third-party tracking pixels (Facebook, Google, etc.) on our own properties.
- Cross-site tracking of any kind.
- Fingerprinting or other non-cookie tracking technologies.
- Any analytics tool that collects personally identifiable information from page visitors.
7. Managing cookies
Since we only use essential cookies on the application, there is no cookie preference centre. If you wish to block all cookies, you can do so through your browser settings, but this will prevent you from signing in to the application.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
